Dad reflexes

Dad reflexes: the unsung superpower.

There’s no training, no warning—they just happen. One day, you’re a regular guy, and the next, you’re snatching sippy cups out of midair, catching a toddler mid-fall, or saving a plate from a disastrous drop with ninja-like precision.

The best part? It’s all instinct. No thinking, just pure “don’t-let-this-break” adrenaline. And somehow, you always manage to pull it off… unless it’s spaghetti. Spaghetti never survives.

Dad reflexes may not make headlines, but in the world of flying Legos and wobbly furniture, they’re the ultimate lifesaver.
