Fatherhood and legacy

The greatest legacy a dad can leave is love, time, and good stories.

Kids won’t remember how much money you made or the fancy things you bought them. What they’ll remember is how you made them feel—the time you spent with them, the lessons you shared, and the stories you told.

Whether it’s the bedtime tales we invent, the family traditions we pass down, or the way we handle life’s ups and downs, our kids carry those stories with them. They shape how they see the world and, one day, how they’ll tell their own stories.

As a dad, I’m learning that legacy isn’t built in big, sweeping gestures. It’s built in small, everyday moments filled with love.
