Legos are torture devices

No one warns you that stepping on LEGO bricks is an extreme sport.

Forget marathons or Tough Mudder—if you’ve navigated a dark room barefoot, dodging stray LEGO landmines, you’re an athlete, a true warrior. One wrong step, and suddenly you’re questioning every life choice you’ve ever made.

The pain is indescribable. The screams are primal. And yet, the LEGOs always win.

But here’s the thing—despite the agony and shooting pain, I still find myself picking up those bricks with pride, knowing they built something amazing. Because being a dad means surviving LEGO landmines… and loving every minute of it.
